We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated manager to join the Supply Demand Execution (SDE) or Supply Demand Management (SDM) team. As part of the SDE/SDM team, you will join a highly influential group within Apple, focused on sustaining operational excellence and innovating at scale to meet evolving business needs. As a leader, you will play a critical role in ensuring operational and financial success for the organization.
You will develop and lead a high performing team that creates, communicates and executes plans across all distribution channels in over 80 countries for a current or future product line. Placement will be made at the time of hire in any of Appleās product line offerings across iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, Vision Pro, and Accessories.
Description
Ensure Apple meets customer commitments through analysis, reporting, and collaboration with key partners.
Build and develop your team to be collaborative, drive improvements, and present to senior leadership on improved efficiency and reduction of manual effort.
Support internal partner requests and escalations and develop clear guidelines to streamline these processes.
Generate weekly and quarterly plans that meet Appleās financial objectives. Evaluate risks. Plan and implement contingency plans to mitigate.
Work within enterprise systems to ensure flawless planning and execution of customer demand across all sales channels.
Collaborate with global partners on best practices, enterprise tool development and key process improvements.
Manage staffing and onboarding activities to support our overall team vision and key peak periods.
Mentor and guide team members to realize their full potential and career growth.
Drive strategic solutions and influence senior leaders on ideal approach to complex problems.
Less than 10% required travel.
Minimum Qualifications
3+ yearās experience leading execution in operations, supply chain, finance, procurement, or consulting
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights
Recruit, Retain, Mentor development of Individual Contributors as direct reports
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and collaboration abilities
Demonstrated ability in continuous innovation with an acute attention to detail
Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate risks and identify opportunities
Proven experience working optimally in a matrixed and global organization
Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or relevant field required.
Preferred Qualifications
Own and manage procurement, execution, supply/demand forecast, and movement of product valued in $Bās across all hardware product lines servicing all sales channels (Retail, E-commerce, Reseller, Education) for multiple countries/geographies.
Develop advanced statistical and forecast models incorporating elasticity, seasonality, and cannibalization to guide business decisions
Present, defend, and influence product line business plans to senior executive leadership both internal/external to Apple and cross-functional stakeholders on a weekly basis.
Align and influence stakeholders across a global, matrixed organization
Evaluate supply chain risks and implement contingency plans to mitigate consumer impact, including ad-hoc problem solving during unprecedented events.
Manage Collaboration, Planning, Execution, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) processes with major partners to strengthen relationships and optimize outcomes
Drive, influence, and develop long-term strategic initiatives that shape the future of Appleās supply chain and omni-channel roadmap.
Plan, drive, and execute New Product Introduction operational activities, ensuring world-class customer experience across all of Appleās routes to market.
Identify process improvement opportunities (tools, workstreams, systems) and drive solutions from conception through implementation.
Responsible for supply allocation, execution and distribution of hundreds of millions of units between channels and reseller partners to maximize Sell Through and customer experience.
Influence and manage operations across 50 global OEMs lifting out of 10+ origin locations to ensure execution excellence.
Champion innovation that supports Appleās sustainability and carbon neutrality goals across the global supply chain by 2030
MBA or Advanced Degree preferred
