About the Role
In this role, you will be the Operations’ technical owner responsible for end-to-end NPI manufacturing readiness starting from Proto build leading up to the OK2Ship milestone. You will partner closely with the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME) teams including DFx, Test Engineering, Product Design Engineering, and with our manufacturing partners. You will be responsible to ensure overall manufacturing line readiness to enable NPI builds and its execution, and be also accountable to achieve manufacturing metrics and drive failure analysis and corrective actions (FACA).
Qualifications
Proven program/project management experience from NPI to high-volume MP Experience working with international contract manufacturers Background in process development, bring-up, and qualification, including Final Assembly, Test, Packout, and SMT processes Knowledge of Design of Experiments and analytical problem-solving approaches Cross-functional collaboration skills Concise and clear communication Experience with manufacturing equipment DFM review Knowledge on mechanical tolerance analysis Understanding of display optical metrology and calibration is a plus Experience with scripting and data analysis using tools such as Python, JMP and Tableau
