About the Role
As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading schedule analysis and risk management for Engineering to ensure network readiness aligns with capacity delivery milestones. You'll develop and implement strategies to streamline end-to-end physical network infrastructure development and deployment while partnering with cross-functional teams to prioritize projects and drive alignment. You'll also lead engineering collaboration with sourcing teams to develop supply chain strategies that minimize material lead times and maximize engineering design time. Additionally, you'll develop systems and metrics to track Engineering deliverables, metrics and feedback for improvement with construction and structured cabling design teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, operations, or a related field, with a focus on data center deployment, network infrastructure, or similar industries Experience with product life cycle management (PLM) process Experience in strategic planning, project management, and problem-solving, with a track record of delivering results in fast-paced and dynamic environments Analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to drive complex projects and influence stakeholders Experience with supply chain planning, procurement, and logistics Demonstrated spreadsheet expertise and data analysis Advanced degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field Experience working in the technology or data center industry, with knowledge of data center infrastructure and network architecture Detail oriented, demonstrated experience to provide solutions to complex problems and to meet tight deadlines Demonstrated track record of effectively engaging different cross-functional stakeholders Demonstrated communication skills to working team members and leadership Supplier interface and supplier management experience Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) certification Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) certification Experience with supply chain planning and optimization tools, such as SAP APO, Manhattan Associates, or similar Experience with data analytics and visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, Smartsheets, or similar Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python, SQL, or similar Experience with lean, six sigma, or other process improvement methodologies Familiarity with cloud computing, artificial intelligence, or machine learning applications in supply chain management Leadership and management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams Change management and stakeholder management skills, with ability to drive organizational change Business acumen and financial management skills, with ability to analyze and drive business decisions
