About the Role
An Agency Solution Manager (ASM) plays a pivotal role in empowering agency partners to maximize the value of Meta’s advertising platforms and tools. This role is focused on solution program design, implementation, optimization, and actionable insight generation that equips agencies with the knowledge, resources, and hands-on support needed to use Meta’s solutions independently and effectively for their clients.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a technical solutions, ad operations, or analytics role (preferably in digital advertising or martech) Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences Advanced skills in data analytics (SQL, Python, Tableau, or similar) Demonstrated experience with AI productivity tools and workflow automation
