Meta is seeking an HR Business Partner, EMEA to join the Global Operations HRBP team. The successful candidate will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate an impactful and innovative environment. This role will partner closely with the business and its leaders to bring creative and effective solutions to a complex organization.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role Demonstrated business acumen Demonstrates solid judgment and experience assessing risk relative to the business Demonstrates project management and change management experience Effective communication and problem solving skills Demonstrates empathy Experience learning and thriving in a constantly changing environment and to cultivate relationships across teams Experience using data to identify insights that drive action Experience helping global and/or matrixed organizations scale Experience leveraging AI tools Experience leading teams through rapid and transformative change
