About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Post-Production Lead to join the Reality Labs Entertainment team to help manage third party productions from a post perspective. In this key role, you will drive integrated post-production across a broad, video-focused portfolio—Video On Demand, broadcast and cutting-edge experimental projects. The Post-Production Lead will act as a key point of contact for both external and internal partners, tracking and organizing vital post information and workflows from pre-production through post & wrap, as well as contributing to ongoing internal projects with cross-departmental teams at Meta. This is an exciting and demanding opportunity for a professional with a strategic mind, technical mastery, bias towards action, and a demonstrated commitment for elevating creative storytelling through industry-leading post-production.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience with Scripted/Unscripted/Live Events post-production in either a Post Production Supervisor or similar managerial role Experience in a deadline-focused environment, overseeing several projects at various points of production (from development through delivery) Knowledge of current trends and workflows for high resolution content (4K-8K+), Dolby Vision/HDR, Dolby Atmos/spatial audio Knowledge of video and audio codecs and hands-on experience editing and transcoding content to specifications Familiar with professional-grade camera formats and post production tools used during editorial, online, grading, and sound post workflows Advanced proficiency with industry-standard post-production and reviews tools, including Frame.io Demonstrated expertise in designing and optimizing workflows for VOD, broadcast, and experimental content formats Experience architecting scalable hardware and infrastructure solutions to support high-throughput post-production pipelines Demonstrated background in media asset management systems and workflow automation tools Proven organizational skills and attention to detail, with demonstrated experience identifying issues and setting standards and best practices for large teams Demonstrated experience in mentoring and leading peers, driving technical and creative best practices across the organization while exercising judgment and communication during times of ambiguity Experience working with stereoscopic video and immersive video formats such as VR180 in monoscopic and stereoscopic
