The Global Agency Development Lead role is responsible for establishing, strengthening, and elevating Meta’s global relationships with independent agency partners, with a focus on long-term growth, product adoption, innovation, and mutual value creation.
Qualifications
8+ years experience in agency, marketing, strategy, or online advertising, or 6+ years of experience in these fields with an MBA or Master's degree, and a proven track record working with independent agencies Advanced proficiency in Meta’s platforms and business solutions Experience developing trusted relationships internally and externally In-depth understanding of independent agency business models and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, operations) Detailed knowledge of digital business models, consumer technology, social media, and vertical markets Experience working at a global level and collaborating across multiple markets and cultures
