Immersive Operations Manager

The Reality Labs Entertainment team is seeking an Immersive Operations Manager to spearhead the integration and operationalization of Immersive FX (IFX) across Meta’s Live Operations and Video Platform. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and ensure the seamless execution of high-impact video projects. Your leadership will be instrumental in delivering innovative, immersive experiences to our global audience.

5+ years working with real-time 3D or interactive effects platforms (e.g., game engines, interactive media tools) Proven experience learning new software and technologies quickly Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Track record of effective communication and thorough documentation Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams Prior experience operationalizing IFX or similar interactive effects systems Hands-on experience with Unity or comparable platforms Background in live video, streaming, or immersive media environments Experience developing onboarding or training materials for technical teams Familiarity with performance monitoring and QA for interactive features
