Training Project Managers bridge organizational boundaries and drive cross- functional collaboration to surpass what any individual team might achieve on their own, expanding the possibilities of what we can build as an organization. Description As a Training Project Manager, you will support the AppleCare customer experience goals, develop cross regional relationships with global training teams and have opportunities to assess and drive project and organizational change processes. You will work closely with other TPM’s globally, including TPM Managers, and Training Delivery Managers, Instructors and other training professionals. Responsibilities Provide communication and project management support for business team leading project deliverables and timelines Project manage the development and deployment of training for worldwide audiences Work closely with key stakeholders on training requirements and provide regular progress updates Partner closely with Learning Management System Coordinator, localization vendor, and cross-functional teams Provide program support to our learner communities and troubleshoot technical challenges Facilitate scheduled and ad-hoc project meetings Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in instructional design/technology, education, educational technology, or similar field of study 2+ years of instructional design or training facilitation experience involving adult learning audiences 1+ years of experience planning, managing, and successfully delivering multiple large-scale projects for a global audience Proven communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and at all levels of the organization Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in instructional design/technology, education, educational technology, or similar field of study Project-management certification (e.g. Six Sigma, PMP) and experience with project management methodologies Fluency with instructional systems design models and methodologies, authoring tools, and learning management systems integration Experience with developing and launching web-based training Able to distill complex initiatives down to actionable tasks, ensuring projects align with the business vision and strategy Ability to anticipate and adjust for problems, risks, and roadblocks.
