Description The People Product Management (PPM) team is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Employee Relations product lead to partner with our People/HR teams to drive optimization through our enterprise technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with ServiceNow HRSD, specifically within the Employee Relations module, and be self-directed, motivated, and comfortable working in a very fast-paced, hands-on environment. This role requires deep product expertise and experience with HR Employee Relations processes. As a ServiceNow Employee Relations product lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction, development, and implementation of solutions within the ServiceNow HRSD module. Collaborating closely with stakeholders and technical teams, you will assist in designing product solutions, defining requirements, and coordinating the execution and delivery of ServiceNow HRSD initiatives which improve the Apple team member experience, streamline People processes, and support strategic objectives. A key focus of this role will be the Employee Relations module, ensuring it effectively supports the workflows and process of users. Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews in collaboration with development teams Draft requirements and user stories, acceptance criteria, testing strategy and release plans Collaborate with UX designers to ensure a seamless and engaging employee experience. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and ServiceNow platform updates related to HR service delivery in the Employee Relations space, and find opportunities for innovation and enhancements. Contribute towards continuous improvement of leading standard methodologies. Influence decisions and facilitate change management through collaboration and leadership. Maintain a level of constant and effective communication with leaders and subject matter authorities in a variety of business, functional and technology areas. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science or other Analytics fields, or a related subject area, or equivalent industry experience. 4+ years experience coding in SQL or PySpark and Python. 4+ years in data modeling and building robust and scalable data processes and pipelines for modeling, analysis, and reporting. Description We're looking for a proactive & impact-driven engineer with excellent machine learning, analytical, problem solving and communication skills. In this role, you will analyze high dimensional data to derive meaningful insights and be responsible for producing metrics, models, simulations, and tools for analysis & communication of insights from large datasets. To be successful, you must have a strong foundation in statistical analysis and the ability to apply it to solving business & product-development problems, as well as a strong software engineering background with the ability to write production level code. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to provide meaningful insights to teams and influence decisions across Apple on a broad range of products. Minimum Qualifications Strong Quantitative Foundation: Education in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related quantitative field. Strong mathematical foundations, software engineering, and broad knowledge of data analysis and practical machine learning are expected. Data Engineering and Analytics: Skilled at scalably transforming raw data into actionable insights through practical problem formulation followed by building of ETL processes (e.g. Python & Spark) and data visualizations (e.g. Tableau) Business Acumen and Problem-Solving: Ability to understand the broader business context, solve complex problems, and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders. Adaptability and Collaboration: Comfortable with ambiguity, eager to learn, and capable of working effectively in a collaborative environment. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders are essential. Preferred Qualifications M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a similar quantitative field, with strong statistical skills and intuition Proficiency in distributed compute & storage technologies such as HDFS, S3, Iceberg, Spark, and Trino Proficiency with designing ETL flows and automation/scheduling (e.g. Kubernetes and Airflow) Working knowledge of Operating Systems Experience driving cross-functional projects with diverse sets of stakeholders Skilled at connecting data insights to the company's overall strategy and objectives. Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $120,300 and $181,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Product Design Engineer
At Meta Reality Labs we aim to bring together the brightest cross-disciplinary minds in one place to deliver on our mission: build tools that help people feel connected, anytime, anywhere. As a Product Design Engineer, you will take a critical role in developing hardware systems for AR and VR, or New Technology Initiatives. You will become part of a team exploring developing concepts through prototyping and into mass-production consumer electronics. You will work as part of a cross functional team requiring collaboration and curiosity in domains other than mechanical engineering. Our ideal candidate has strong mechanical engineering fundamentals, prototyping skills, CAD fluency, manufacturing process knowledge, and experience designing consumer electronics.
