The base pay range for this role is between $49.93 and $83.18/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Experience leading and mentoring teams of program managers or technical leads. Strong technical background; able to understand system architectures, infrastructure patterns, and engineering trade-offs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence engineers, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders. Skilled in risk management, dependency tracking, milestone planning, and stakeholder communication. Deep understanding of Agile, hybrid, and waterfall development methodologies. Ability to drive clarity in ambiguous environments and resolve blockers quickly and efficiently. BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline. Preferred Qualifications PMP, PgMP, Agile certifications, or similar experience is a plus. Experience with applied machine learning or Generative AI is preferred.
